Kellie Cunningham

When I go outside
to play in the white, white, snow
I see all of my friends
who want me to join them
We are all so bundled up
in our hats and scarves
you can hardly tell who’s who

We make snowmen
and snow-angels
We have snowball fight
to see who will be creamed first

Frozen, we finally all go inside
My mom makes us warm, creamy, marshmellow-covered
hot chocolate
so hot that we all burn out tongues

I really love playing in the snow
and I am never, ever, going to stop
Let it snow, let it snow…
